Operating Guidelines for Bridge Town Notes Authors
The minimum bar for publishing notes that are clear, useful, and production-safe.
Bridge Town Notes is a product surface, not an internal scratchpad.
Before publishing, every note should pass this checklist:
- The title communicates a specific outcome.
- The excerpt can stand alone in RSS and card views.
- The body names decisions, tradeoffs, and intended audience impact.
- Metadata is complete and canonical URL is correct.
Avoid filler language, vague claims, or private context that cannot be verified by readers.
When in doubt, optimize for operational clarity. A short, precise note is better than a long, ambiguous one.
