present_pr_workflow

Open one selected branch, pull-request, diff, or operation-result view when the user explicitly asks to see it. Pass the opaque presentation_ref returned by the source tool and its matching view. The server resolves a bounded snapshot created by that authorized operation and rechecks its capability grant plus current workspace/model access. Provides view: pr-workflow (ui://apps/pr-workflow) renders this tool’s result when MCP Apps are available.
